AIM and DEV are sold separately. Each product has three monthly plans with an included usage allowance and an estimated number of active cities. You can choose the plan for each product independently.

The number of cities a plan supports depends on how much data and processing you use in each one. The published counts reflect typical use, but your actual coverage may vary.

Yes. You can switch cities as your focus shifts. A requested city counts toward your plan as soon as we start building it.

Usage includes building and storing active city data; retrieving parcel, property, and market information; and, in AIM, asking questions, loading map results, and saving leads. Usage beyond the included allowance becomes on-demand spending at the standard rate. The product shows your usage and asks before incurring an on-demand charge.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management page for each product. You will continue to have access until the end of the billing period.
