Deepblocks aims to reinvent the way we analyze real estate development projects. We want to make real estate analysis simple and easy. Our vision is to use artificial intelligence to do the heavy lifting, giving us an optimized baseline to start working from. With the current iteration of our software, we offer immediate feedback on project financials and 3D model adjustments the moment any project data assumptions are changed. This allows us to run dozens of scenarios in real time.

Artificial Intelligence processes information faster and more efficiently than the human brain: millions of data points per second. We want every development data point centralized and integrated into a single smart system that can traverse every city in the world. We will scale our real estate modeling logic from a single building, city block, neighborhood, or an entire city, to help local municipalities redesign zoning codes that guarantee financial success. As a result, any city will be able to optimize every parcel and attract appropriate investment because its regulations will have been designed for smart growth.

We need not be limited by asset class or geographic boundary. We can optimize real estate development to exactly what each market needs. We need not be slowed down by arduous zoning codes, local market conditions, market cycles or the financial gymnastics of development. We will, instead, focus on creativity, innovation, sustainability, safety and security of our future cities.

Founder and CEO of Deepblocks, holds master's degrees in Architecture from Columbia University and Real Estate Development from the University of Miami. Her achievements before Deepblocks include designing Big Data navigation software for the Department of Defense's DARPA Innovation House and graduating from Singularity University's Global Solutions and Accelerator programs.
